The vibrant and colorful Carnival in São Paulo is set to captivate children with a series of lively parades. Scheduled events span from the pre-Carnival days on February 7 and 8, through the main celebration from February 14 to 17, and conclude with post-Carnival festivities on February 21 and 22. A total of 627 parades are planned, offering a plethora of entertainment for the young ones.
Among the standout events, the Berço Elétrico will take place at Av. Eng. Luiz Gomes Cardim Sangirardi in Vila Mariana on Sunday, February 15, at 10 AM. Another notable parade, Folia Retrô, is set for the same day at 9 AM in Pça. Olavo Bilac, Sé.
The Bloquinho Gente Miúda will entertain families on Av. Prof. Alfonso Bovero, 522, Perdizes, also on February 15. Later that day, the Carnaval da Trupe Trupé will march down Av. Paulista, 149 – Bela Vista, at 4 PM.
On Tuesday, February 17, the Bloco Turminha do Bem will delight attendees at Av. Dr. Sylvio de Campos, 225, Perus, starting at 4:30 PM. Earlier that day, the Festa de Cores will bring joy to Av. Doutor Sylvio de Campos, 430, Perus, at 1 PM.
Other exciting events include the Bloco Mara in São Miguel Paulista and the Bloco Afro da Vovó Zulma in Jardim Margarida, both occurring on February 17 at 2 PM.
The festivities will extend beyond the main Carnival days. On February 21, the Bloco Amiguinhos da Vila Mariana will parade at Rua Pelotas, 651, Vila Mariana, at 9 AM, followed by the Charanguinha do França at Pça. Rotary, Vila Prudente, at 10 AM.
Concluding the celebrations, the Bloco do Chocolatte will take place on February 22 at Pça. dos Trotadores, Vila Maria/Vila Guilherme, at 4 PM.
